Mildly moist and easily melting in the mouth macarons, sandwiched with in-house made fillings( jams, ganaches or buttercreams) ( approximately 15 macarons per tower)
Berries some glazed with chocolate some plain
The colour of the shells may vary.
Ingredients : almond meal, sugar, egg white or potato protein for the vegan option, edible colour and filling ( classic or vegan) as per request.
