After submitting the payment you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received(the email should reach your inbox almost instantly)
We dispatch all our chocolate orders on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays to ensure the parcels are not stuck in storage over the weekends.
Orders placed from 2 pm Tuesdays till 2 pm Fridays will be dispatched on Mondays.
Orders placed from 2 pm Fridays till 2 pm Sundays will be dispatched on Tuesdays.
Orders placed from 2 p.m. on Sundays till 2 p.m. on Mondays will be dispatched on Wednesdays.
Chocolate will arrive packed in a cellophane bag and set in a box, as shown in the photos.
Within 12 hours of placing the order, you will receive another email confirming the dispatch day of your order and when you should expect to receive it.
To make our chocolates, we use top quality Belgian chocolate
To print the images, we use special edible paper and edible ink
For the topping, we use mixes of chocolate shavings, coated cereals, crushed nuts, rose, lavender, jasmine and mint crystalized fragments
HEART SHAPE
The size of the chocolate slab is 18/16 cm ( 7"/6"), and the total weight is 250g.
OBLONG SHAPE
The size of the chocolate slab is 25/15 cm ( 9"/6"), and the total weight is 500g.

The shelf life of chocolate, if stored between 15-20 degrees Celsius, away from humidity, dust, and odours, is between 1 and 2 years.
Once opened, it should be resealed properly by wrapping it tightly.
Our freshly made chocolates taste so good that eating them all daily is very tempting.
We recommend enjoying not more than 30 grams per day.
Remember: nothing tastes better than shared chocolate, so remember to invite others to experience its flavour.
