How to Order:
It's easy to order delicious treats from our online shop! Simply follow these steps:
- Browse and Select: Explore our range of supplies, chocolates,desserts and patisserie products. Add your desired items to your shopping basket.
- Checkout: Proceed to the checkout and provide us with your delivery details. Feel free to leave any special instructions in the notes section.
- Payment: Securely pay for your order using our available payment methods.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we'll begin preparing your items with care. You'll receive a notification when your order is dispatched and ready for collection or delivery.
Delivery Options:
- Local Delivery: We offer free local delivery for orders over £100.
- Extended Delivery: For orders over £500, we can deliver within a 100-mile radius.
Please note that during busy periods, we may use a third-party delivery service, which may incur an additional fee. Contact us for a personalized delivery quote.
Collection: Due to limited delivery slots, you may need to collect your order from our shop. We'll let you know when your order is ready.
Alternative Ordering: If you prefer to order via message and pay with a bank transfer, please contact us at 07305543355.
Custom Orders: For customized orders, we'll contact you to confirm all the details before proceeding.

Cake Orders:
We specialize in creating exquisite, fully customized cakes with a minimum order value of £350. These cakes are perfect for special occasions and weddings. As these creations require time and planning, we require at least 3 months' notice. To receive a personalized quote, please email your request and details to artisanchocolaterie@yahoo.com.
Chocolate Orders:
Our chocolates are made fresh to order. Please allow 24-72 hours for production. The cut-off time for orders is 3pm. Any orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next day. To ensure freshness, we do not ship chocolates over the weekend. Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Monday.
Chocolate Delivery & Freshness:
We prioritize the freshness of our chocolates and take care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You can choose your preferred delivery method at checkout. For added peace of mind, we recommend selecting a signed-for and insured delivery service, which allows for a full refund if your chocolates arrive damaged. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for orders sent without a signature.
Pre-Packed Items:
We offer a selection of pre-packed items in smaller quantities for your convenience. These include kits and individual portions. Most of our pre-packed products can be delivered to your door. Delivery charges are calculated separately and can be selected at checkout.
Royal Mail Delivery Charges:
We utilize Royal Mail for our deliveries. The charges are as follows:
- Standard Delivery (letter size - prints only): 48 tracked Royal Mail Second Class - £2.70
- Standard Delivery (up to 2 kg): 48 tracked Royal Mail Second Class - £3.39
- Standard Delivery (2-10 kg): 2-4 working days, uninsured Royal Mail Second Class - £6.65
Please ensure you select the correct delivery type based on the weight of your order, including packaging. For alternative delivery services or international deliveries, please get in touch for a quote.
Important Notes:
- While we take great care in packaging your order, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. We recommend selecting an insured delivery option for added protection.
- Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
- Adverse weather conditions may cause delays or cancellations. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
- We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please contact us, and we will gladly arrange a refund.
- Our chocolates are made with fresh ingredients and should be stored below 22 degrees Celsius in a cool, dry place. Please consume them before the best-before date indicated on the packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery of fragile items or cancel orders due to unsuitable weather conditions.
