Shipping policy

Some of the products we make are suitable for collection/ local delivery only due to their  fragility/perishability,

A large variety of products of our products  as cookies, chocolates and all the supplies we sell on our website can be posted with no problems, without the risk of being damaged in transit.

To deliver those items we use Royal mail or a courier. offering various tariffs for delivery to suit different budgets.
The safest way to have the items delivered to your door is the " fully insured & signed for service"
We reserve the right to refuse the delivery of one or more items if we think they will not be suitable for safe delivery ( fragile items). Also if the weather conditions are not suitable for a safe delivery we may need to cancel the order or mark it as available for collection only.
