  2. Photo & Message Design: Feature a cherished photo and a custom message surrounded by beautiful chocolate flowers. Email your chosen photo to artisanchocolaterie@yahoo.com along with your order number, or send it via WhatsApp to 07305543355.

Ordering is Easy:

  1. Choose Your Chocolate: Select from White, Milk, Ruby, or Dark chocolate (Ruby chocolate is naturally pinkish and has a distinctive fruity flavour).
  2. Select Your Design: Choose either the Initial & Floral or the Photo & Message design. For the Initial & Floral design, specify the initial. For the Photo & Message design, email your photo and message as instructed above.
  3. Place Your Order & Pay: Complete your purchase securely online.

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order.

Production & Dispatch:

Each chocolate is handcrafted with care and requires 48 hours for production and dispatch. 

Presentation & Size:

Your chocolate will be beautifully packaged in a cellophane bag and presented in an elegant box (as shown in the photos). The chocolate measures approximately 18/16 cm (7"/6") and weighs 250g.

Storage & Shelf Life:

Store your chocolate between 15-20 degrees Celsius, away from humidity, dust, and odours, for a shelf life of 1-2 years. Once opened, reseal tightly in its original packaging.

Enjoyment Recommendation:

While our chocolates are irresistibly delicious, we recommend savouring no more than 30 grams daily. Sharing is encouraged!

Allergy Advice:

Our chocolates are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, milk, gluten, soya, and eggs. Therefore, we cannot recommend our products to individuals with allergies or intolerances to these allergens.

A. How long will take to receive my order?

1.Orders placed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursday will be dispatched on Mondays

2.Orders placed on Fridays & Saturdays will be dispached on Tuesdays

3.Orders placed on Sundays & Mondays will be dispatched on Wednesday

B. Why it takes that long to dispatch an order?

We are artisan chocolatiers and make all chocolates to order, following your requests. The chocolate has to be temperate, moulded and decorations have to be applied then all has to be left to crystallise properly without rushing bebore sending it out. That gives the chocolate a great snap, shine and taste plus it extends its shelf life.

C.Can you write a message by hand on chocolate ?

We can write by hand but number of character is limited to 20
