MIRROR GLAZED MONOPORTIONS

Delicious desserts in mono portions, decorated with mirror glaze, topped with various fruits/ treats made to order. A minimum order of 6 dessert is required.
Layers of soft sponge drizzled with syrups alternating with layers of fillings ( frosting, mouse, ganache)
Each dessert will have about 100 g to feed one person
Size, shape, and topping to order based on your preference. Add a note at the checkout to mention what you would like. Photos of the cakes are to give you an idea of what to expect.
Our cakes do not contain preservatives or non-sense additives, so we recommend consuming them within two days and storing them correctly at 5-10 degrees Celsius.
Sponge's ingredients :
Eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder, sunflower oil
Filling's ingredients:
Chocolate, cream, sugar, vanilla, flavoured as per request
Topping:
can vary, generally fresh fruits, chocolate decorations, meringues, piped cream, nuts

As we manoeuvre a variety of ingredients in our bakery, we do not recommend our products to people with allergies/ intolerances to the following allergens:
