Refund policy

Returns
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned( perishable goods such as food)so unfortunately we cannot accept returns.
In certain situations, we can refund the amount paid totally or partially depending on circumstances.
In order for us to check the eligibility of a refund, you'll need to provide relevant evidence to support your request.
We can only accept the pieces of evidence if the delivery method chosen at the checkout was "fully insured & signed for". We cannot be made responsible if the items arrive broken if the delivery method is different.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Once your pieces of evidence for a refund are accepted & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received them. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
