Layers of soft sponge drizzled with syrups alternating with layers of fillings ( frosting, mousse, ganache)
Each 1 kg of cake will make a lovely dessert for up to 10-12 people.
Size, shape, and topping to order based on your preference. Add a note at the checkout to mention what you would like. Photos of the cakes are to give you an idea about what to expect to get.
Our cakes do not contain preservatives or non-sense additives, so we recommend consuming them within 2 days and storing them correctly at 5-10 degrees Celsius.
This is a collection from our shop-only product; we need 48 h notice to produce the item.
Sponge's ingredients :
Eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder, sunflower oil
Filling's ingredients:
Chocolate, cream, sugar, vanilla, flavoured as per request
Topping:
can vary generally fresh fruits, chocolate decorations, meringues, piped cream, nuts

As we manoeuvre a variety of ingredients in our bakery, we do not recommend our products to people with allergies/ intolerances to the following allergens:
