Kit 1: The Macaron Essentials 

This kit is your stress-free introduction to the world of macarons! It includes all the pre-measured dry ingredients you need for delicious macaron shells:

• Your Choice of Tant Pour Tant: The perfect blend of nut flour (your choice) and icing sugar, water( suitable pH) and caster sugar needed.
• Protein Powder:  vegan potato protein & xanthan gum for perfectly whipped meringue.
• Recipes: Easy-to-follow instructions for both macaron shells and making a complementary filling. 

With Kit 1, you'll be baking beautiful macarons in no time! It's a great way to explore different flavours and gain confidence in your baking skills.

Kit 2: Fillings and Fun 

• Take it Up a Notch: This kit includes everything in Kit 1, PLUS  a bag of delicious ready-made vegan filling. It's perfect for those who want to master the shells and want to try one of our ready-to-use fillings.

Kit 3: The Baking Toolkit

• Elevate Your Experience: This kit includes everything in Kit 2, along with essential tools like a Teflon baking sheet, 2 piping bags, a nozzle, and a printed template( 3.5 cm circles )to help you create perfectly shaped macarons and 5 boxes to pack your macarons( 6 macarons per box). It's ideal for those who want to take their macaron-making to the next level.

Kit 4: The Master Baker Bundle

• The Ultimate Macaron Experience: This all-inclusive kit includes everything from Kit 3, PLUS free access to the comprehensive "Master Vegan Macarons" online course. It's the perfect option for those who want to learn everything there is to know about successful vegan and classic (egg-based) macaron making.

Each pack contains the ingredients needed for preparing a batch of macarons( 70-80 shells if piped in a 3.5 cm size)

The tant pour tant is the powdered mix of icing sugar and nuts/ seeds/ substitutes/ gourmet of your choice. The quantity supplied will be the one needed as specified in the recipe provided along with the kit.
