All that's required from your side is to simply resift before using, and then add your chosen protein (classic egg white or our specialised vegan alternative), caster sugar, and your desired colour, following the quantity advised by the recipe you follow.
This premium mix saves you the precious time you usually spend buying, roasting, grinding nuts, blending, and sieving icing sugar for that essential lump-free consistency powder. For example, if you buy a 250g bag( to make up to 70 shells), you get a balanced mix of 125g pure nut meal (of your choice) and 125g icing sugar.
