Crafted from scratch using premium real chocolate, our silky, freshly made ganaches offer pastry-chef quality straight out of the pack. Designed for effortless piping, they are the perfect ready-to-use centre for bonbons, truffle shells, macarons, cakes, cupcakes, and tarts.

Packaging & Sizing Guide

• 100g Piping Bags: Sealed and ready to use. Best enjoyed within 1 week of arrival.

• 250g Glass Jars: Packed in reusable glass jars. Best enjoyed within 2 weeks of arrival. (Note on shipping: Empty jars weigh approx. 170g each, bringing the total gross weight to ~420g. Please account for jar weight when selecting your parcel shipping tier.

• 1000g Glass Jars: Packed in reusable glass jars. Best enjoyed within 2 weeks of arrival. (Note on shipping: Empty jars weigh approx. 500g each, bringing the total gross weight to ~1500g. Please account for jar weight when selecting your parcel shipping tier.

Handling & Storage

• Storage: Keep refrigerated between 5°C and 12°C in a dry, low-humidity environment.

• Working Temperature: For the smoothest flow and cleanest finish, gently warm to 22°C–26°C before piping.

Freshly made to order and dispatched via next-day delivery to guarantee peak freshness.

The ganaches will be freshly made to order and sent with next-day delivery. Shelf life will vary based on the storage conditions, away from humidity, at temperatures between 5 and 12 degrees Celsius. We suggest using the ganaches within a week if packed in piping bags, or within 2 weeks if packed in glass jars.
