Macaron shells are 3.5 cm in diameter, unfilled, a mix of colours, made-to-order French classic made out of egg whites and almond flour.
Our freshly baked shells can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. They can be defrosted in the fridge for 2 hours, then filled with buttercream, Biscoff, and Nutella and served immediately.
FYO: Small orders will include a mix of colour shells.
When ordering over 60 shells, you can have them made in your preferred colour.
